Cincinnati-based restaurant, panino. was originally a food truck start-up business that hired me to help develop their overall brand for the launch of the business. When they decided to make the jump to a brick-and-mortar location, I continued to help manage their brand's development and growth. 

Panino produces classical Italian panini's with a modern gourmet farm-to-table twist. All their ingredients are sourced from local artisans' that are utilized only the best ingredients or made in-house. The owner loves to feature other Cincinnati Based companies at his restaurant to further the Italian motto, "We all are family."  On-Location they even cure their own meats and salumi sausages to use in recipes and delicious charcuterie boards.

It was important to the owner that his Italian family heritage is reflected in the finished product. The owner's personality is quirky, humorous, passionate about food. Did I mention he is an absolute genius in the kitchen? These values were important to him and played a major role in developing his company and brand.
